His dedication to academic study and his desire for professional growth led him to validate his degree in the United Kingdom through the UK ENIC Comparability Statement in 2022, which enabled him to obtain official recognition as a lawyer in the UK. He is currently in the process of completing the necessary steps to register as a Solicitor, further expanding his ability to provide high-standard legal services within the UK.
J. Gregorio has served as a Legal Advisor in the penitentiary sector in Colombia, and has actively worked in the defence of human rights and equality. He is also the author of the book "Administrative Benefits in the Prison Population", which analyses the role of prison directors within the framework of the Social State of Law in Colombia. This work was funded by the Erasmus Mundus Action 2 Programme of the European Union in 2015.
