EMultiservices Ltd — Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Summary
Explains refunds for EMS services purchased online/telephone/messaging.
2. Right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer purchasing remotely, you normally have 14 days to cancel from the day after contracting, subject to the rules below.
3. Service start within 14 days
If you request commencement within 14 days:
• if you cancel after commencement, you will pay for the portion already provided (pro rata),
• if the service is fully completed within 14 days and you acknowledged losing the right once completed, the right may not apply (subject to law).
EMS will obtain your explicit request/consent before early commencement.
4. Cancellations by appointment type
4.1 Appointments (call/video/in office)
• 48 hours or more: full refund or one (1) free reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours: 50% refund with valid justification or no refund.
4.2 Administrative support packages
• Not started: full refund (within cancellation period).
• Started: pro rata refund minus time spent (within cancellation period).
4.3 Digital materials
If delivered instantly, refunds may be limited once accessed/downloaded, unless legally required or faulty.
5. Exclusions
No refunds for:
• government/third-party fees paid directly,
• costs due to incorrect information or missing documents,
• completed services (subject to law).

Include: name, purchase date, service, reason and payment reference.
7. Timeframes
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval (or as required by law/provider).
