• administrative support (checklists, appointment coordination, assistance with forms without advising on legal options),
• community and content management,
• marketing/communications (if contracted).
2.2 Not a law firm
EMS is not a law firm and is not authorised or regulated by the SRA. We do not carry out reserved legal activities nor provide legal advice.
2.3 Referral
We may introduce you to independent third parties (e.g., regulated solicitors) upon request. Legal services are provided by the third party under their own terms. EMS is not responsible for their advice or work.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:
• provide accurate information,
• not post sensitive data in groups,
• use communities respectfully,
• follow document submission instructions.
4. Bookings and scope
• Scope and pricing are set out on the website or in writing.
• Timeframes are indicative.
5. Fees and payments
• Payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Payments via third parties (e.g., Wise).
• Bank charges may apply.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
• post illegal, abusive, discriminatory or misleading content,
• share third-party data without permission,
• spam,
• impersonate identity or professional status.
We may remove content and restrict access.
8. Intellectual property
EMS owns content, branding and materials. You may not copy or republish without written permission.
9. Disclaimer
• General information only, not legal advice.
• We do not guarantee outcomes with government/third parties.
• You are responsible for final decisions.
10. Liability
Nothing limits liability for:
• death/personal injury due to negligence,
• fraud,
• anything that cannot be legally limited.
Otherwise, EMS liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
